Is your amber natural?
Yes. We sell 100% natural Baltic Amber mined in Kaliningrad (Russia). All our jewelry technically carved out of natural amber chunks. Depending on a piece, it does undergo certain treatment (heating, autoclaving, polishing, etc) which has been in practice in amber jewelry making for centuries.
We also sell high quality reconstructed amber.
Our beads are designed and carved in Lithuania and Poland.

What payment options are available?
We accept Paypal and all credit cards. You can also pay by Check (US customers only) or Money Order. For this, we will email you the instructions after you place your order. European customers have an option of transferring the fee to our bank account in Europe in EURO.
Please note that Amber Regina doesn’t collect your credit card details.
Do you ship internationally ?
Yes, we do. Our amber enjoys international popularity and is shipped all over the world. We provide flat rate shipping of $8 for all international orders up to $200 (shipped with USPS First Class).
For those exceeding $200, we charge $26 per order (shipped with Priority Mail).
Priority Mail Express (3-5 business days to many major markets) for any value – $43.
Priority Mail Express for Canada only (3-5 business days) for any value – $34.
We are not responsible for any possible custom fees in your country.
Please note that due to restrictions in certain countries we don’t ship to Morocco, Algeria and most of the countries of Africa. We also don’t ship to Romania as this country does not allow any jewelry import. Contact us prior to placing an order to find out whether you country allows jewelry import. You can also check if your country prohibits jewelry import and amber in particular here (type in your country in search bar and see the restrictions)
What are the shipping options for the USA?
We normally ship First Class as the most affordable option for most of the customers ($3 per order up to $200 in value; $5 per order over $200 in total value. You can always upgrade the shipping to Priority Mail (see the checkout options).
When will I receive my order?
Orders ship within 2-3 business days. USA customers receive their orders within 2-5 business days from the mailing date. Delays happen a couple of weeks before and during major holidays (Christmas and Thanksgiving).
If you want to speed up the shipping, you can upgrade to Priority Mail. Priority Parcel will reach you within 2-3 business days.
Normally, it takes around 7-14 days for an order to reach most European countries, Canada and Australia. Your shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you place items in your cart.
For the customers from Italy : long delays in post services and strict customs. Please be prepared to wait for 2-4 weeks.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, $20 for both USA and International orders excluding shipping charges. If you would like to buy only one charm bead, baby teething necklace or anything else under $20, please visit my Etsy store. However, be aware that the prices in our Etsy store are higher due to the Etsy fees.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Jewelry may be exchanged or returned within 15 days of shipping date from the US customers and within 30 days from the international customers. You may exchange the jewelry for something else on the site, or have the existing purchase modified to match you preferences. Additional charges will apply to modifications along with additional shipping.
If you are exchanging your jewelry, you must pay for any additional price. If you select a piece of lesser value, a refund will be given.
To initiate a return or exchange you must contact us for the return shipping address and to discuss the issue in sellable condition (no scratches or fractures).
Buyer pays return shipping! We do not refund shipping charges, unless your jewelry arrived damaged or were mailed to you by mistake. The refund is given upon receiving the original merchandise.
Will I pay taxes?
No, we do not charge tax.
Do you gift wrap?
No, we don’t. In order to keep our prices low and to ship your order fast, we don’t provide any boxes or fancy wrapping. Your order will arrive packed in a simple plastic zip bag. In case your order exceed $100, the items will be packed in a black velvet pouch.
